Circle of Care

Circle of Care, which is part of Sinai Health, is a leading not-for-profit home and community care provider serving the Toronto Area. The staff and volunteers are dedicated to supporting independence at home and enhancing quality of life for people in the community.

Circle of Care will support Canadian caregivers through the creation of the Caregiver Club program, aided by the CareMakers Foundation. The Caregiver Club will equip caregivers with social work support and care navigation, as well as local community resources and information that is tailored to their needs.
